By connecting your Shopify store to izzat.app:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle all data in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.
Payment transactions are processed via Stripe. Refund policies follow the terms of each product or service purchased. The Shopify integration itself is provided free of charge.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Izzat Global Company, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
